Where is my shipment coming from?
As we have different suppliers your shipment will either come from Australia, the UK, or the US (the majority of our collection is from Australian brands).
When will I get my order?
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and it depends on which supplier the products come from. If the supplier is in Australia it should arrive within 1-5 days, from the US and UK the shipping period can be within 14 days. We strive to connect the world, but hope you’ll have some patience and look forward to receiving your order.
Shipping from US; most orders take 5-7 business days to process and leave warehouses. Delivery time may vary depending on where you are located, but generally it takes about 7-21 business days for international orders. Shipping may take longer due to the impact of COVID-19 and holiday seasons. Packages may take additional business days to arrive.
How do I pay?
All payments are done through our payment provider, Paypal and their terms and conditions apply. The payment process should be easy breezy.
What’s your return policy?
We guarantee a 30- day return policy and some of our suppliers have an extended period of return policy.
How do I return a product?
To start a return, you can contact the producer of the product. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the producer of the product. You can find the name of the producer on the website. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@maliscorner.com.
I want to exchange my product with a new one
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted (by the supplier), make a separate purchase for the new item.
Do you provide a return label if I have to return my product?
Customers are responsible for any and all associated shipping costs to mail back any returns/exchanges. We recommend your local courier (for international orders) or USPS (for U.S. orders) as those are typically the most cost-effective options, but you may use the courier of your choice. We also recommend you put tracking on the package to ensure it arrives back to the warehouse.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Where do I mail my exchange to?
You will receive the warehouse address by email from the producer you contacted. Once your return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on the supplier’s policy, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. If you request a return, credit is applied to your original form of payment. If you request an exchange, return the product and order a new product. EXCLUSIONS: All sales of custom products and Made-to-Order items including Dog Treats, and Human Apparel are final and not returnable. All items marked FINAL SALE on the product page will not be returnable.
What do I need to include with my return or exchange?
Before starting your return, please ensure that the items sent back must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not exchange or return any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting. Our suppliers will gladly accept returns and exchanges within at least 30 days of delivery (some have longer return policies). Upon mailing back your product(s), please include a note with your order number. Also indicate if you would like to return your item or exchange it for a different pattern or size. We recommend you put tracking on the package to ensure it arrives back to the warehouse.
Are there any additional costs to shipping?
Mali’s Corner is offering free shipping for most of our products. Only products weighing more than 5 kilograms will have a shipping cost.
My package shows that it’s delivered but it’s not here, where is it?
Unfortunately, tracking information is currently unreliable. However, in most instances, the package gets delivered after a few days. Please be sure to check with your concierge or neighbors to make sure it was not inadvertently dropped off in their mailboxes. Please reach out to us at contact@maliscorner.com if the package has not arrived after 14 business days.
My order was shipped but the tracking has not been updated for days. What is happening?
If you are like us, you rely on tracking to see the status of your package. However, all couriers have modified their tracking to show less or information that is not current. We have seen packages that are delivered but continue to show “In-Transit” for many days after. We have also seen the reverse situation where a package shows as “Delivered” but does not physically appear for days. Rest assured that we are monitoring the progress of these packages; however, there is little that Mali’s Corner can do to push them closer to you.
